Staff Development Services (84-002.05A)
Notes:MTSS- Grand Island leaders have had consultations around NeMTSS supports with Claudine and Patrice.
Leadership- the district is interested in professional learning support for aspiring principals and new principals
Instruction- the district is encouraging ESU 10 staff to submit proposals to present at their summer conference on July 21, 2020. The focus of the conference is on equity and access.
Technology Integration Support- the district would like ESU 10 staff to help support them with an app approval process and list.
1101.00 - Continuous School Improvement
Consultation, workshops or direct work with school districts to assist with the CIP process. Examples: Steering Committee Meeting, mission/vision work, data retreat to create CIP goal, action plans, program evaluation, preparing for CIP external review
1104.00 - Leadership
Professional learning and consultation for administrators and teacher leaders in support of district initiatives. Examples: one-on-one consultation; coaching conversations; Strategic Leadership trainings and meetings
1106.00 - Instruction
Training on foundational pedagogical practices and strategies that can be implemented across content areas. Classroom examples: student engagement, comprehension, classroom management, relationships.
1106.01 - Instructional Supports
Facilitation of supports designed to deepen implementation of research based instructional strategies and classroom practices. System examples: instructional model training; consultation; instructional rounds or learning walks; classroom observation and coaching; professional goal setting assistance
1106.04 - Science
Training specific to science instruction, science strategies consultation and/or intervention training.
1107.00 - Assessment
Training and support in the analysis and application of formative, interim, and summative data. Examples: data analysis facilitation, training, and consultation related to classroom, state, and national data.
1107.01 - NWEA MAP
Training and support provided by NWEA Certified Facilitators. Examples: consultation, training, data analysis for administrators, teachers, and specialists.
1108.00 - Technology Integration Support
Direct support and professional learning for technology integration specialists and teachers in the use of technology. Examples: Technology Integration Specialist meetings; technology training; on-site support and consultation; modeling and coaching of technology tools.
1108.02 - Blended Learning
Direct support and professional learning for schools engaged in blended learning. Examples: on-site classroom observations, technical assistance support, workshop facilitation, one-on-one consultation
1110.00 - New Teacher Academy
New teacher and mentor training, on-site support for teachers and mentors and/or consultation.
1111.00 - Teacher/Principal Evaluation
Training and support in the development of district-wide practices for teacher or principal evaluation. Examples: Instructional framework adoption; consultation; training in evaluation best practices; administrator observation and data collection; ODIE Staff Evaluation Tool Support

Training specific to non-core content instruction and other/non-core consultation. Examples: Social Studies, Fine Arts, Career Education, World Language, Physical Education

1112.08 - Central Region Autism Grant
Our Autism Regional Coordinator, along with the Autism Team provides training and consultation to district staff in order to support students on the Autism Spectrum.

2306.00 - E-Rate Filing Consultation
E-Rate consultation and support to file forms, and maintain records, and communicate with USAC and vendors as needed.
2323.00 - Technical Support
Helpdesk supported systems, managed services, Tech Planning, Distance Learning
Student Services
1401.00 - Special Education Supervision
Works with Districts on Federal and NDE Compliance, district and state financials, and also provides trainings to support ESU 10 and District staff.
1402.00 - Speech Language Pathology
Our SLPs provide services and supports for children and students with disabilities ages Birth-21.

English Learners Instructional Support--providing guidance, materials, scheduling, placement, and assessment to schools
1501.14 - Assistive Technology
ATP is run by VR and NDE. This program supports all Nebraska districts in providing AT services to children and students Birth-21.
