Notes:Heather will be attending Balanced Assessment training and Cognitive Coaching.
Katie will be doing Tech PD on Sept. 4 with follow-up support days at both the Elem and the HS mid-Sept. Molly may do Digital Resources in November.
Hoping to have Heidi for Science curriculum work on November 6th.
CIP visit (Frameworks) will be this spring. Plainview may send a team to the CIP work day on Oct. 22.
Kyle and Heather just introduced Marzano Instructional Model to the staff... will continue throughout the year, with goal-setting and evaluation based on those goals starting next year.
Strong focus on teacher retention this year. Would love to hear what new teachers are saying to try and provide support to retain them.
Top 3 = Tech Integration, Science curriculum, and CIP (Spring visit). (with a mention of Marzano Instructional model as well)
