1201.00 - Product/Subscription Support
Training and support offered to districts for those services offered to schools statewide. Support includes accounts and integration. Nebraska titles currently available for streaming through Learn360.
1202.00 - Equipment loan
ESU 16 loans leading edge technologies to member schools. These loans are checked out and transported by ESU 16.

106.02 - Statewide Initiative Support
ESU 16 staff participates in statewide technology trainings. Presents that information to member schools. Staff represents ESU 16 in NOC, NITC, TLT, ESUPDO, Statewide Data Cadre.
2301.00 - Internet Access
Access to the internet and Provide support to schools in joining Network Nebraska and providing distance learning opportunities through NVIS.
2304.00 - Technology Hardware Support
Maintaining and managing the technology for ESU 16 staff. Groove has been implemented as a ticket system for tracking support requests. The technology staff advises in the selection and purchase of technology utilized to support staff . Support includes installing software, moving files, networking, security and back up of ESU 16 staff computers.
2306.00 - Erate/USF Consultation and Support
This service focuses on assisting schools with completing the processes required by the Universal Service Corporation for discounts on telecommunications services. These requirements include filing numerous reports, letting bids or requests for proposals, and completing on-line requests to receive calculated discounts for eligible services.
2308.00 - Network Security
Providing network security through firewall support, software installations and training of staff and member districts. Provide firewall configuration, support and automated backup for quick recovery incase of hardware failure. Spare firewalls to minimize school downtime incase of firewall failure. Provide group purchasing for filtering solutions, in addition to installation and configuration. Trouble shooting of network issues such as packet loss or hardware issues. Prtg for montioring network equipment.
2310.01 - Support of Adviser/Ed-Fi
Staff trained in PowerSchool support. Ed-Fi workdays organized to assist with state data uploads. Including contact with support for Infinite Campus and GoEduStar. ESU 16 supports its member school for their access to the state Adviser Dashboard. This includes configuration of single-sign-on, NebraskaCloud, NSSRS and Ed-Fi data uploads.
2310.04 - SIS/LMS Support
Support schools with their PowerSchool SIS. Training and support offered to district in use of LMS, specifically Canvas. ESU 16 Canvas site for online professional development.
2311.00 - SSO and Portal
ESU 16 supports its member school for their access to the state Adviser Dashboard. This includes configuration of single-sign-on, NebraskaCloud, NSSRS and Ed-Fi data uploads. This also includes creation and continued support of the NebraskaCloud portal.
2323.00 - Network LAN Support
Design of wireless and wired infrastructure. Point to point wireless configuration and design for remote locations. Security camera design.
Student Services
1400.00 - Special Education
Special Education Service contracted to districts.
1401.00 - Program Supervision
Support to district superintendents for completing all Special education financials including IDEA and all other special education reports. Supervision of ESU 16 staff and programs, attend IEP/MDT meetings as requested, Early Childhood program supervision and PRT member, provide training for teachers, administrators, bookkeepers, SRS District manager.
1402.00 - Speech Language Pathology
Certified staff member who delivers diagnostic, therapeutic, consultative services for students with verified speech/ language disabilities. Maintains and completes necessary paperwork following recommended guidelines.
1403.00 - Vision Consultant
Responsible for consulting with educators, parents and students in the development of education programs for students who are visually impaired.
1404.00 - Early Childhood Special Education
Services to children and families ages B-5 years of age. Services are provided in homes, daycare, private preschools and Rule 11 preschools
1405.00 - School Psychology
Find the best solution for each student/situation and use different strategies to address student’s needs academically, socially, emotionally and educationally. Collaborate with educators, parents and professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students that strengthen connections between home and school. Provide in-service training.
1407.00 - Teacher Consultant
Assist Director of Special Education with implementation of Rule 51 in ESU 16 area schools. Support teachers with IEP writing, progress monitoring and specialized instruction.Assist with professional development to district teachers and para educators.
1408.00 - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Consultant
Responsible for coordinating age appropriate and developmentally appropriate education programs for students who are included in the public school.

1411.00 - Transition Consultants
Directly responsible for assisting with the transition plans for students with special needs. These responsibilities may include program planning, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, educating, implementation, and public relations. Provide transition workshops for students with disabilities. Work with outside agencies.
1412.00 - Audiology
Responsible for providing services to students who have failed initial screening in schools and to students verified with a disability to assist individuals in being able to participate in an appropriate educational program.
1414.00 - Mental Health Counseling
To find the best solution for each student and situation and use different counseling strategies to address student’s needs socially and emotionally. To collaborate with educators, parents and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students that strengthen connections between home and school. Counsel with emphasis on prevention. Work with individuals and their families to promote optimum mental health of the student.
