1202.00 - CSI (Create, Solve, Innovate) Labs
The CSI (Create, Solve, Innovate) labs provide students with opportunities to gain unique knowledge, practical skills, expertise, and literacies. It introduces the makerspace mentality, equips students with skills, and exposes them to careers. Some lab stations lean towards the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields while others demonstrate skills necessary in creative, vocational, and technical skills.

2301.00 - Technical Support
The ESU 11 Technology team works to ensure the smooth operation of the wired and wireless networks throughout the coverage area as well as other critical infrastructure services. Additionally, technology personnel consult with individual schools on projects, technology initiatives, as well as day-to-day technical support. This service includes Technology Support delivered either remotely or on-site. Entries and time are tracked through the ESU 11 Freshdesk ticketing system.
2302.01 - Internet Access
This service includes internet access bandwidth from commodity Internet 1, Internet 2, and commodity peering services.
2306.00 - E-Rate Filing & Consultation
This service includes all aspects of Universal Service E-Rate applications and funding for both Category 1 and Category 2 eligible services.

Student Services
1401.00 - Special Education Program Supervision
Provides support for parents, school, and ESU staff surrounding special education. Supervision services include assisting by providing technical assistance regarding Rule 51 and Rule 52 policies and procedures, facilitating IEP meetings, and consultation.
1401.10 - Special Education Financial Report Support
Support districts in completing financial reports required by the Nebraska Department of Education.
1402.00 - Speech Language Therapy
Speech and language services concentrate on communication areas including language, articulation, voice, and/or fluency for students birth to age 21. This service can also aid in broadening areas of academic and functional needs. Speech/Language Pathologists’ main responsibilities are working in the areas of articulation (speech production), voice (which involves pitch, quality and volume), and fluency (which is sound/syllable repetitions, blocking and use of conversation “fillers”). Speech/Language Pathologists also work in the area of language, which is described in more detail below. They are responsible for diagnostic testing in all of the above areas.
1405.00 - School Psychology
School Psychology assists in the identification process for students birth to age 21 who have been referred for special education and support in the areas of behavior and mental health. Collaboration with school district personnel and parents is also an essential role in the services to districts. 1407.00 - Special Education Coaching & Consultation
Supports teachers, other district staff, and families to assist, provide guidance, training, resources, and strategies for working with students by utilizing programming and materials to improve learning through meeting each individual student's needs (ages 0-21). Examples: Implement verbal behavior program, IEP development-how to write measurable goals, District IEP meeting facilitation, Direct teaching to assist IEP implementation, Para, Parent & Teacher training-Behavior strategies, role modeling, coaching, & data collection, Model, instruct and collect data for social skills & functional life skills, Develop data collection systems, Direct student services in the home, Differentiate instruction, Provide resources (web sites, trainings, curriculum materials, evidence based research )
1409.00 - Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy is a related service for students birth to age 21, as identified through the student’s individual education program (IEP) process. The focus of the service is to enhance the student’s education and foster a level of independence.
1411.00 - Transition Services
Transition services and activities emphasize learning opportunities that center on post-secondary success and the development of independence. These services are implemented following federal and state guidelines during the school year a student turns 16. The writing, consultation, collabortion, and assistance with regional grants. Examples: Program planning, identification and implementation of strategies and interventions for students of ASD. Maintains lending library.

PEaK (Promoting Engagement and Knowledge) is a grant through the Nebraska Department of Education which supports districts in enhancing program improvement that will result in better outcomes for children with disabilities.
