Amy: she is our resource for MTSS--make sure Arcadia gets the S’more. Rusty and Craig DAC

Blended Learning: looking to individualize learning more in the future--small class sizes. Start with Elementary - strategies and tools. EdTech Team has a workshop on July 29 (session breakouts) and a UDL/Blended workshop on June 21.  Title II and IV contracted services would apply to teachers. Both are on ODIE. We can also come to you with teacher support.

Math is goal - looking for supplemental materials for Saxon right now (picking out new series next spring)

Distance Learning: needs? College English through CCC now; looking for an Ag teacher, probably Spanish, are there courses out there? Also business!

Instruction/Teacher Principal Eval - NDE is coming out with a document for the NTPPS framework.  Look at it in staff meetings to reflect on where we are?….ESU 10 can support in this. There is a lot of overlap with Marzano Instructional Model.

Instructional Coach Support: initially our support started with the reading coach. But reach out with a specific need!

Instructional Supports: fits with Marzano. We can do refreshers as needed. Staff turnover might warrant more support

Leadership: Strategic Leadership June 1 and 2. Day 2 is optional but would be good for a leadership team to attend.  Plus year-long Zoom meetings.   Leadership Network Triads for Principals.  (was new this year). Let us know if interested.  April 7 is a Zoom informational session 9-9:30 am

MTSS: Secondary support is really needed. Talk to Amy Walters. Jeff will have Amy email you.

New Teacher Academy:  Jeff will send you the flyer

Digital Resources: Overdrive,

Technology Integration: EdTech @yourdoorstep - individualized tech help--fill out a form ahead of time with your goals/questions and we will meet with you during your planning time. (This could also work with MAP reports support….)  Possibly on one of the days we have after PT conferences when teachers have a work day until noon.
