Monitors all public IPs for security issues and works with school districts to remedy the issues Example: Network security through firewall support, software installations and training of staff and member districts. Provide firewall configuration, support and automated backup for quick recovery incase of hardware failure. Spare firewalls to minimize school downtime incase of firewall failure. Provide group purchasing for filtering solutions, in addition to installation and configuration. Trouble shooting of network issues such as packet loss or hardware issues. Prtg for montioring network equipment.

1402.00 - Speech Language Pathology
Delivery of speech-language services for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age students identified with concerns and disabilities in the areas of articulation and language development.
1403.00 - Assessment and Evaluation of Services and Low Vision Clinic
Educational Assessments are provided for students who are blind or visually impaired. The assessment outreach team also coordinates with other professional and related service evaluators to provide educational recommendations. Annual low vision clinics are also held on campus for students statewide and provides educational and medical evaluations.
1403.01 - Consultation and Mentoring Services
NCECBVI provides consultation, advisory, and technical assistance for students, families, school districts and Educational Service Units statewide. These services include: Mentoring Program, Transition Consultation, Outreach Direct Services, Classroom observation and consultation.
1404.00 - Early Childhood Special Education
Provision of special education, early intervention and related services to infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
1405.00 - School Psychology
The provision of consultation, evaluation and problem solving supports and services in support of students with academic and behavioral needs.

Students statewide have the option of attending the Nebraska Center for the Education of Children Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired for specialized services based upon the student’s educational needs as indicated by the individual education plan. Full or part-time educational placement for varying durations is available. Residential services may be provided in addition to the center-based educational program. Residential services may include independent living skill training, social skill training, community participation, and recreation and leisure activities

ESU 4 is the fiscal agent for DVLG. The Digital Virtual Learning Group (DVLG) is a united collaboration of educational entities to ensure secure, efficient, and innovative technologies that enhance learning in the 21st century. This includes: A high-quality Internet connection, Secure network infrastructure, Virtual classroom experiences, Collective buying power, E-rate services and other equitable services as defined by the group.
